1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Quorum email assistant service ("Service") provided by Prudhomme Labs LLC ("Prudhomme Labs", "we", "our", or "us") and accessible via bot@tryquorum.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Quorum provides an AI-powered email scheduling assistant that helps coordinate meetings and manage scheduling polls via email. The Service processes email communications, calendar data, and related information to facilitate scheduling between users.
3. User Registration and Account Security
3.1 Account Creation
- Users interact with the Service primarily through email
- No separate account creation is required
- Users may optionally create an account at tryquorum.com to access additional features
3.2 Free Tier and Subscription
- New users receive a limited number of free polls
- Additional polls require a paid subscription
- Subscription terms and pricing are subject to change with notice
3.3 Account Security
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their email accounts
- Users must notify Quorum immediately of any unauthorized use
- Quorum reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Send spam or unsolicited messages

- QUORUM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID FOR SERVICE IN PRIOR 12 MONTHS
- NO LIABILITY FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA
- NO LIABILITY FOR ACTIONS OF OTHER USERS
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quorum and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of third-party rights
- User content or conduct
11. Changes to Terms
